Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role based in Mogoşoaia. Volunteers will support daily operations, including cleaning and organizing facilities, assisting with feeding and basic care tasks, and helping staff with routine activities. The role may involve interacting with visitors, responding to basic inquiries, and following established safety and care protocols. Volunteers are expected to collaborate closely with staff and other volunteers, report any issues or concerns, and help ensure a respectful, supportive environment. Flexibility to assist with occasional weekend or holiday shifts may be required.

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, cleaning, and light lifting throughout the day.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality in fulfilling assigned duties.
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cooperatively with staff, volunteers, and visitors.
• Willingness to follow instructions, adhere to safety and hygiene procedures, and respect organizational policies.
• Interest in community service, care work, or animal welfare; prior volunteer or caregiving experience is an advantage.
• Basic communication skills in the local language; additional language abilities are a plus.
• Capacity to remain calm and patient in a busy or emotionally demanding environment.
