ADMIN SERVICE

About the role

Admin Service role supporting service operations and customer coordination within a machinery manufacturing company.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and record units or products incoming for service
• Input customer data and service status into the system
• Coordinate with technicians regarding progress and repair results
• Contact customers when units are completed and ready for collection
• Create daily service reports and ensure administration runs smoothly
• Handle customer complaints politely and provide solutions

About you

• Minimum D-III education qualification in any field
• Minimum 2 years experience in administration or customer service (valued)
• Able to use computers and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Email)
• Detail-oriented, friendly, disciplined, and able to work in a team
• Good communication skills, friendly attitude, proactive, and customer service oriented
• Honest, responsible, and willing to learn new things
• Able to work under pressure with attention to detail
