In addition to advisory services, Creataws works with creators and professionals to develop sustainable digital income streams through structured monetization and improved market access, with a particular emphasis on Africa-focused strategy.

Role Description The AI Operations Strategist will design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows that support Creataws’ strategy, branding, and market intelligence projects. This contract, remote role involves mapping client needs to AI tools and processes, building prompt libraries and operational playbooks, and coordinating data collection and preparation for AI-powered insights. The strategist will collaborate with strategy and marketing teams to integrate AI into research, brand positioning, and product marketing activities, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and ethical use of AI systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include testing and documenting AI workflows, monitoring performance, resolving operational issues, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve client deliverables and internal processes with AI. The role also requires clear communication of AI capabilities and limitations to non-technical stakeholders and contributing to best practices for AI usage across the firm.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and manage AI workflows and operations (e.g., prompt engineering, workflow mapping, tool evaluation, and integration with existing processes).
• Strong analytical and research skills, including data gathering, synthesis, and translating findings into actionable strategy and operational recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with strategy, branding, or product marketing teams to embed AI into client work and internal decision-making.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools and documentation platforms; able to create clear playbooks, guidelines, and process maps for cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of responsible and ethical AI use, with attention to data privacy, bias mitigation, and transparency in AI-assisted work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts in accessible language to non-technical partners.
• Prior experience in consulting, operations, product, or growth roles is beneficial; familiarity with Africa-focused or emerging markets strategy is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
