CLEANFUEL IS HIRING: AREA MANAGER Pangasinan / San Juan / Tarlac Area

Cleanfuel is looking for a results-oriented and experienced Area Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the operations of several gasoline stations within Pangasinan, San Juan, Tarlac, and surrounding areas.

This is a field-based position that requires strong leadership, frequent station visits, and a high level of mobility. The successful candidate will be expected to ensure that assigned stations consistently meet operational, safety, customer service, and compliance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regularly visit assigned stations to assess operations, identify concerns, and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Monitor station readiness, including manpower, equipment, customer service, safety practices, and cleanliness.
• Ensure proper execution of company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines across all assigned locations.
• Review station performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate action plans.
• Monitor compliance with internal audits and other operational requirements.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to Station Supervisors, Cashiers, and Pump Attendants.
• Address operational issues promptly and coordinate appropriate solutions when needed.
• Maintain consistent service and operational standards across all assigned stations.
• Provide hands-on assistance and operational support during field assignments.
• Travel regularly between stations based on operational needs and business requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience as an Area Manager or in a comparable multi-site operations position.
• Background in fuel, retail, FMCG, sales, or related industries is strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to undertake frequent and extensive travel as part of the role.
• Must be comfortable managing multiple stations across Pangasinan, San Juan, Tarlac, and nearby locations.
• Highly flexible, mobile, and capable of working effectively in a field-based environment.

The position is primarily field-based, and the Area Manager should be prepared to travel frequently depending on station operations and business requirements.
