Finance and Accounting Manager

About the role

Finance and Accounting Manager responsible for hands-on management and individual contribution across accounting, payroll, compliance, and US finance support functions. This is a working manager role with coaching responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, forecasting, rolling projections, budget management, and variance analysis
• Philippine payroll processing, payroll computation and disbursement, statutory deductions, and mandatory benefits administration
• BIR compliance, tax filings and withholding, LGU business permits, local tax compliance, SEC corporate filings, and BOI incentive reporting
• SSS/Pag-IBIG/PhilHealth registration and remittance, DOLE labor compliance, statutory compliance calendar management, and regulatory change monitoring
• Auditor and regulator coordination
• US Pacific hours support, intercompany reconciliations, US-based reporting coordination, and multinational finance support
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable backup, invoice processing, vendor management, payment runs, and invoicing and collections backup
• Team leadership, mentoring, team development, SOP creation and documentation, process improvement, and controls implementation

About you

• CPA certification
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years progressive accounting and finance experience
• 2-3 years supervisory or managerial experience
• ERP systems proficiency
• Advanced spreadsheet skills
• Full onsite availability in Cebu
• GAAP familiarity
