SISYA CLASS is an EdTech startup focused on making quality education affordable and accessible for students in Grades 1–10. We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Intern to support recruitment and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings on recruitment platforms and social media.
• Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Make initial screening calls and schedule interviews.
• Follow up with candidates and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and share regular hiring updates.
• Assist with onboarding, document collection and employee records.
• Support attendance tracking and employee engagement activities.
• Handle candidate and employee information confidentially.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed an MBA in HR.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Telugu is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets and online job portals.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• A laptop and reliable internet connection.
• Freshers are welcome.
