Position: HR (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Puri Indah, West Jakarta| Onsite
Salary: IDR 15,000,000 – 20,000,000/month (Negotiable)

PT Zhejiang Dadongwu Construction Group is looking for a communicative and detail-oriented HR professional who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. The successful candidate will bridge communication between Chinese management and local employees, while handling day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding)
• Manage employee attendance, leave, and daily HR administration
• Act as a translator/liaison between Chinese management and Indonesian staff (verbal & written)
• Assist in preparing HR documents, contracts, and reports in Mandarin, English, and/or Indonesian
• Support payroll administration and employee database management
• Handle employee relations, including addressing complaints and maintaining discipline
• Coordinate with government agencies related to manpower/expatriate permits (if needed)
• Assist management in translating meetings, memos, and internal communications

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Mandarin/Chinese Language, or related field)
• Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) — HSK 4/5 or equivalent preferred
• Fluent in English and/or Indonesian
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR (fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills are welcome to apply)
• Familiar with HR administration and basic labor law/regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills, discreet, and able to work with a Chinese management team
• Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work under pressure/deadlines
• Willing to work full-time from monday - saturday
