Role & responsibilities :

Employee Lifecycle Data Managment

• Maintain and update employee records from hiring to separation
• Manage employee master data in HRMS, payroll,attendance and other HR systems.
• Ensure timely updating of employee documents and records
• Maintain employee digital document repositories
• Ensure data accuracy,completeness and confidentiality

HR Process Automation

• Identify opportunities for automation across HR processes and progress them to a conclusive outcome

HR Analytics & Reporting

• Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports.
• Develop HR dashboards and management reports.
• Analyze workforce data and trends.
• Track HR metrics including:

1. Headcount
2. Attrition
3. Recruitment
4. Attendance
5. Employee turnover
6. Training participation

Support internal and external audits

Prepare user guides and SOPs for HR processes.

Review existing HR processes and identify efficiency improvements

Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs),review existing SOPs and documents and suggest improvements
