Main responsibility

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare and monitor training calendar.
  • Conduct induction and awareness programs.
  • Coordinate technical, behavioral and safety training.
  • Maintain training records and effectiveness reports.
  • Manage skill matrix and competency development.
  • Support retention, welfare and communication initiatives.
  • Organize POSH, EHS and compliance training programs.
  • Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions.
