Hiring: Sr. Manufacturing Engineer - Medical Device
Location: Dexter, MI (On-site 4 days/week preferred)
Type: W2 contract
Duration: 12 Months
Experience: 5+ years in Manufacturing Engineering, including 2+ years in MES/Digital Manufacturing implementations.
Must-Have:
Hands-on Ignition development
Application development and enhancement
Code understanding and troubleshooting
Preferred Skills:
MES / Manufacturing Systems
Requirements analysis
System implementation and deployment
Key Skills Required:
Manufacturing Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement
MES / eBR / eDHR / eLHR implementation and deployment
Ignition-based manufacturing systems experience highly preferred
SAP-integrated manufacturing solutions
Process Mapping, System Configuration, Testing & UAT
Site Go-Live Support and Digital Transformation
Cross-functional Leadership, Change Management & User Training
Regulated Manufacturing Environment experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
