Tech Lead - OpenText Capture - Hybrid 2 Days PW in Office - 12 Month Contract
$1000 - $1100/day Inclusive of Super

I am exclusively partnered with a leading enterprise organisation that is looking for a Technical Lead with OpenText Capture/ Captiva experience to start immediately on an initial 12-month contract.

You will play a key role in leading the design, delivery, and optimisation of an enterprise-scale intelligent document processing and capture platform, supporting major digital transformation and automation initiatives currently in the delivery phase.

We're looking for someone who can start immediately. The interview process will consist of two stages and commence next week with the end client.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Leading the design, development, and implementation of OpenText Capture solutions across complex enterprise environments
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to developers, engineers, and project teams
• Driving the modernisation and optimisation of document capture, classification, extraction, and workflow processes
• Supporting integration of OpenText Capture with downstream systems, including ECM, ERP, CRM, and line-of-business applications
• Managing technical risks, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring successful project delivery

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise document capture and intelligent automation solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Capture, OpenText Capture Center, OpenText Intelligent Capture, or EMC Captiva
• Proven experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Consultant, Solutions Lead, or Senior Technical role
• Experience designing and implementing high-volume document processing and data extraction solutions
• Strong understanding of document management, workflow automation, OCR, classification, and data capture technologies
