- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or related field
- Design, develop, and optimize packaging solutions to ensure product protection, quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability across the supply chain
- Experienced in packaging design and development using CAD tools; strong in material selection, testing, cost optimization
- Strong packaging design experience
- AutoCAD and other CAD tools
