Production Project Engineer||AI Server Liquid Cooling

Responsibilities

* Support production project execution for AI Server liquid cooling products.

* Coordinate NPI, pilot builds, and mass production readiness.

* Work closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D teams.

* Track project schedules, production status, capacity, and material readiness.

* Support production issue analysis and continuous improvement activities.

* Prepare project reports and provide regular status updates.

* Develop and maintain production documentation and SOPs.

* Act as the communication bridge between Taiwan, China, and Vietnam teams.

* Support factory ramp-up and manufacturing projects.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related disciplines.

* 5–10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.

* Experience in EMS, AI Server, Thermal Solution, or precision manufacturing is preferred.

* Experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, or production project management.

* Familiar with ERP, MES, or SAP systems.

* Strong project coordination and communication skills.

* Fluent in Vietnamese, Chinese (Mandarin), and English (spoken and written).

Salary: Up to VND 80 million/month
