Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to enhance the shopping experience for pet owners
- Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
- Operate the cashier system accurately to process customer transactions
- Manage daily store operations including inventory tracking and stock replenishment to ensure product availability
- Support the execution of events and pop-up sales to promote the brand and engage customers
