Job Summary

• Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 per month
• Working Location: Central Area
• Working Days / Hours: 5days/ Retail hours

Job Description

• Support daily store operations and administrative activities
• Liaise with Hong Kong HQ and local retail teams to ensure smooth communication and execution
• Coordinate store repairs, maintenance and operational supplies
• Maintain store records, systems and operational documentation
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, inventory and store performance
• Support inventory management, stock transfers, returns and monthly stock counts
• Assist with new store openings, renovations and pop-up events
• Handle customer feedback and support market and competitor research

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related disciplines
• 1–2 years of experience in retail operations or administration
• Experience with premium retail brands will be highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese will be advantageous to liaise with Hong Kong HQ Operation Team
• Highly organised, meticulous and detail-oriented
• Proactive with good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
