Position Details

• Location: Guwahati, Assam
• Department: Sales & Marketing
• Experience: Relevant experience in rice sales is mandatory
• Eligible Positions: Field Sales Executive, Sales Officer, Territory Manager, Area Sales Manager (ASM), and equivalent roles

Key Responsibilities

• Drive rice sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Manage distributor networks and strengthen market penetration.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Ensure effective order generation, timely follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have prior experience in rice sales.
• Strong understanding of the rice market and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
• Candidates from Field Sales Executive to ASM level are welcome to apply.
