Opening with a leading Pharmaceutical manufacturing company for their office in Nagpur

Role: Shift In-Charge

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Roles & Responsibility:

• Manage day-to-day production activities during the shift.
• Handle and supervise production team/manpower.
• Ensure production as per SOP, GMP and safety standards.
• Maintain production-related documents and records.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance and other departments.
• Monitor production quality, output and process activities.
• Handle production issues, deviations and breakdowns.
• Ensure production activities are carried out as per SOP, GMP and safety standards.
• Maintain and review BMR, BPR, BCR, logbooks and production records.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and equipment compliance.
• Train and guide production operators.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in Pharma / Chemical Manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of GMP, SOP, BMR/BPR and production documentation.
• Experience in shift handling and team management.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to deviation, CAPA and validation will be an advantage.
