VIBRATION ANALYST, LEVEL-II

• Certification from ANST-Vibration institute

• Minimum 3 years of strong Vibration Analyst experience

• Knowledge and hands on experience in Machinery Monitoring System / Machinery Performance Systems

• Have a complete understanding on the Condition Based Monitoring Services covering Vibration analysis.

• B-Tech/ Diploma - Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation or equivalent. Certification from ANST-Vibration institute. Minimum 3 years of strong Vibration Analyst experience. Requirements

• Expert in the analysis and data collection of the vibration measurements of Rotating Machinery on Monthly/Quarterly Basis.

• Knowledge and hands on experience in Machinery Monitoring System / Machinery Performance Systems.

• Regularly coordinate with plant personnel including Operations, Maintenance and Engineers to identify and resolve machinery issues.

• In-Situ Balancing of Rotor/Rotor assemblies, laser shaft alignment.

• Report preparation & Documentation. Generate reports and submit findings to concerned authorities.
