Role Description The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural concepts and detailed plans for residential and commercial real estate projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating drawings and models, collaborating with project stakeholders, coordinating design integrations with engineering and software teams, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and building codes. The role involves supporting project management activities, such as aligning timelines, resources, and deliverables, while maintaining design quality and feasibility. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent communication with internal teams and external partners to advance projects from concept through execution.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, technical drawings, and spatial planning.
• Experience with Software Development and Integration related to architectural workflows, design tools, or building information modeling (BIM).
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring progress across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards relevant to real estate development.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
• Experience in real estate development or property projects in urban environments is beneficial.
