Görev Tanımı
· Kendi mutfak bölümünün tüm hazırlık ve sunum süreçlerini yönetmek
· Belirlenen reçetelere, hijyen ve kalite standartlarına uygun çalışmak
· Servis öncesi hazırlık ve servis sürecinde ekiple koordineli çalışmak
· Gıda güvenliği ve iş sağlığı kurallarına tam uyum sağlamak
· Genç mutfak ekibini desteklemek, gerektiğinde eğitim vermek
Aranan Nitelikler
· Benzer pozisyonda en az 2 yıl deneyim
· Yoğun tempoda düzenli ve disiplinli çalışabilen
· Takım ruhuna sahip, iletişimi güçlü
· Hijyen kurallarına önem veren
· Fethiye veya çevresinde ikamet eden
