- Memahami alur piutang pada perusahaan FMCG
- Teliti dalam pengolahan dan pengecekan data
- Menguasai Excel/Google Sheets
- Mampu melakukan rekonsiliasi dan monitoring pembayaran
Job Description:
- Mengelola dan memonitor piutang pelanggan
- Melakukan pencatatan dan pengecekan penerimaan pembayaran
- Membuat laporan aging piutang
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi data penjualan dan pembayaran
- Memastikan pembayaran sesuai dengan invoice dan data transaksi
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim sales dan administrasi terkait piutang
