ÜRETİM SORUMLUSU – GECE
Çalışma Saatleri: 22:00 – 07:30
Aranan Nitelikler:
- Catering / toplu yemek sektöründe deneyimli,
- Üretim süreçlerine hâkim ve mutfak operasyonunu bilen,
- Daha önce ekip yönetmiş ve ekip koordinasyonu sağlayabilen,
- Gece üretim sürecini takip edebilecek,
- Üretim sırasında oluşan eksik, aksaklık ve ihtiyaçları tespit ederek raporlayabilecek,
- Ekibe gerektiğinde aktif olarak destek olabilecek,
- İş takibi ve sorumluluk bilinci yüksek,
- Hijyen ve gıda güvenliği kurallarına hâkim,
- Yoğun çalışma temposuna uyum sağlayabilecek Üretim Sorumlusu arayışımız bulunmaktadır.
Görev Tanımı:
Gece üretim operasyonunu takip etmek, ekibin iş dağılımını ve koordinasyonunu sağlamak, üretimin düzenli ilerlemesini kontrol etmek, tespit edilen eksik ve aksaklıkları ilgili yöneticilere raporlamak ve ihtiyaç halinde ekibe aktif destek vermek.
