What they need
Bitkisel bazlı gıda üretimi yapan fabrikamızda görevlendirilmek üzere Gıda Teknikeri arıyoruz.
Görev Tanımı
- Üretimde yer alarak üretim süreçlerini takip etmek ve üretim planına uygun ilerlemesini sağlamak
- Hammadde girişinden sevkiyata kadar tüm kalite kontrol süreçlerini yürütmek
- Hijyen, sanitasyon ve gıda güvenliği (HACCP) uygulamalarını denetlemek
- Kalite kayıtlarını, formları ve izlenebilirlik dokümanlarını düzenli tutmak
- Numune alma, laboratuvar analizlerini takip etme ve sonuçları raporlama
- Üretim ekibiyle koordineli çalışarak uygunsuzlukları tespit etmek ve çözüm üretmek
Aranan Nitelikler
- Gıda Teknolojisi / Gıda Teknikerliği bölümü mezunu (ön lisans)
- Gıda üretim tesisinde tercihen en az 1 yıl deneyim
- HACCP, ISO 22000 / BRCGS bilgisi olan
- MS Office (özellikle Excel) kullanabilen
- Titiz, takipçi, ekip çalışmasına yatkın
- Sultanbeyli ve çevresinde ikamet eden tercih sebebidir
