Production Specialist

General Qualifications

• Graduate of the Chemistry or Chemical Engineering departments of universities
• At least 3 years of experience in the cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical industries
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Preferably experienced with MS Dynamics
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Inclined to teamwork with strong communication skills
• Only candidates residing in Tekirdağ will be considered

Job Description

• Ensuring that production is carried out in compliance with GMP rules and at the expected performance level
• Monitoring production processes
• Managing production activities in line with the plan
• Carrying out, delegating, and implementing standard work activities
• Preparing the documents and reports related to all operations carried out in the department
• Experienced in efficiency improvement studies
• Knowledgeable in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
