FOUNDING SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER | AI STARTUP
ABD merkezli bir AI startup için, çalışacak ilk mühendislik ekibinin kritik parçalarından biri olacak Founding Senior Software Engineer arıyoruz.
Bu rolde sadece kod yazmayacaksın.
Karmaşık sektörel problemleri teknik mimariye dönüştürmenin sorumluluğunu üstleneceksin.
Kurucular ve Product Manager ile doğrudan çalışarak:
→ Ne inşa edilmesi gerektiğini belirleyecek,
→ AI sistemlerinin mimarisini tasarlayacak,
→ Ürünü production seviyesine taşıyacak,
→ Teknik kararların sahibi olacaksın.
Teknik olarak güçlü olduğun alanlar:
Python, React, modern AI/LLM orchestration frameworks, prompt optimization, cloud infrastructure, vector databases, document pipelines ve LLM evaluation/observability.
LangGraph, AutoGen, Google ADK, DSPy, Azure/AWS/GCP, MongoDB, Pinecone/Weaviate, LangSmith veya W&B gibi teknolojilerle deneyim tercih sebebidir
Eğer sana verilen bir mimariyi uygulamak yerine, mimarinin kendisini tasarlamak istiyorsan bu rol senin için olabilir.
