Mô tả công việc

1. Operation

Prepare and bake breads, rolls, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.

Measure and mix ingredients accurately following established recipes.

Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent product quality.

Ensure proper proofing, shaping, and scoring of dough.

Check the taste, texture, and appearance of baked goods before service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section and equipment.

Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and assist in ordering supplies.

Minimize wastage and control costs within the bakery section.

2. Health, Safety & Compliance:
Follow HACCP and hotel hygiene standards at all times.

Ensure proper storage and handling of all baking ingredients.

Report any hygiene or safety issues to the Supervisor immediately.

Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional

qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level

Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate

with the position level.

Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and

workplace regulations.

Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.

Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the

position.
