Mô tả công việc

1. Beverage Preparation & Service

• Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain full knowledge of the bar menu, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic options.
• Suggest drinks and upsell beverages when appropriate.
• Serve guests promptly and courteously following service standards.

2. Bar Maintenance & Inventory

• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Check and restock inventory at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Monitor and control wastage, breakage, and spillage.
• Follow proper storage and labeling of beverages.

3. Compliance & Safety

• Adhere to all company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Comply with legal regulations on alcohol service (e.g., age restrictions, intoxicated guest policy).
• Ensure the bar equipment and tools are maintained and used safely.

4. Cash Handling & Reporting

• Process guest orders and payments accurately.
• Balance cash drawer or POS system at the end of the shift.
• Report any discrepancies or incidents to the manager.

5. Teamwork & Customer Experience

• Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen personnel to ensure timely service.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere at the bar.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Proven experience in a similar position within 5-star luxury hotels or high-end fine dining establishments.
• Fluent in English; fluency in additional languages is a strong plus.
• Impeccable grooming, professional demeanor, and a strong passion for the luxury hospitality industry.
