📌 Position: Dim Sum / Bao Chef

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: S$1,900 – S$2,100 / month (Negotiable based on technical skills and relevant experience)

• Overtime / Performance Bonus: Performance bonuses and salary increment opportunities for top performers

• Meals Provided: Duty meals provided during work hours

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in the full process of making handcrafted bao, mantou, siew mai, and various Chinese pastries—including dough mixing, pressing, rolling, filling, and steaming.

• Maintain standardized product quality to ensure food appearance, fermentation, taste, and quality remain consistent.

• Assist with daily central kitchen/outlet prep work, inventory storage, ingredient preparation, and sanitation.

• Strictly comply with food safety and hygiene standards (SOP).

📋 Job Requirements:

• Nationality: Open to Malaysian citizens

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in making Chinese pastries/bao; fast, deft hands and skilled craft preferred.

• Work Attitude: Hardworking, responsible, with good teamwork and strong hygiene habits.

• Candidates with a valid Singapore Food Hygiene Certificate will be prioritized (company can assist in registration if without certificate).

📍 Location & Working Hours:

• Work Location: Singapore (Bishan Central Kitchen / Paya Lebar Store)

• Working Hours: 6-day work week / Shift rotation (Details negotiable during interview)
