Finance Analyst (Manufacturing)

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our manufacturing finance team in Ayutthaya. You will turn plant and sales data into clear insights on costs, margins, and performance, helping management make better financial decisions. This is a hands-on role with real exposure to production, inventory, and investment planning, and with room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Forecasting

• Prepare and maintain short-term forecasts and long-term financial projections to support decision-making.
• Prepare annual budgets and capital investment (CAPEX) budgets.

Cost & Margin Analysis

• Analyse and monitor production costs, capacity costs, and contribution margins, and highlight variances and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct sales and cost analysis to support pricing and profitability decisions.

Inventory & Manufacturing Control

• Oversee stock and inventory management, working with production and warehouse teams.
• Prepare manufacturing performance reports and key business driver data for management.

Compliance & Reporting

• Prepare sales and production information in line with BOI requirements.
• Maintain the company's financial reporting system and ensure data accuracy.

Continuous Improvement

• Initiate and coordinate projects that improve company processes and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in one or more of: cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting, inventory control, manufacturing finance, or supply chain analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and good command of Excel (Pivot Tables, lookup functions); experience with SAP or another ERP system is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills (reading, writing, and reporting).
• Ability to present numbers clearly to non-finance colleagues.
