Mô tả công việc

• Support the preparation and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and learning activities.
• Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, attendance sheets, and other related documents.
• Track training attendance, maintain training records, and update the Learning & Development database.
• Support the implementation of onboarding, orientation, and induction programs for new Associates.
• Assist in coordinating internal training programs and monitoring training completion.
• Support the preparation of training reports, learning evaluations, and other L&D documentation.
• Assist in organizing staff development activities, internal workshops, and team-building initiatives.
• Support the creation of internal communication materials and visual content to promote learning activities and the Resort's culture.
• Maintain and organize L&D documents and training records accurately and systematically.
• Provide administrative support for daily HR activities under the supervision of the Training Executive and assist with other related tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• No prior experience required; a plus if you have participated in student clubs, events, or a previous internship.
• "Basic skills in photo/video capture and simple editing; familiar with social media platforms.
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar) is a plus.
• Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)."
• "Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Friendly and comfortable engaging with people; reliable and well-organized.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism."
• Basic to good English for daily work communication.
• Interest in content creation, social media, and event support.
