ONE OF MELBOURNE’S MOST ANTICIPATED NEW RESTAURANTS IS COMING THIS NOVEMBER.
About Noẽma
Noẽma is the latest concept from Lucas Collective, bringing a fresh take on contemporary Mediterranean dining to Melbourne’s CBD. Inspired by modern Greek cuisine, the menu will celebrate exceptional produce, bold flavours and the theatre of Josper-grilled cooking, all within a striking new venue spanning a main dining room, intimate basement and private dining spaces.
Noẽma is a restaurant being created from the ground up, and this is a rare opportunity to join from the very beginning - helping shape the team, culture and guest experience that will define Noẽma from day one.
About Lucas Collective: Home to some of Australia’s most loved and acclaimed venues including Chin Chin Melbourne and Sydney, Kisumé, Hawker Hall, Yakimono, Baby Pizza, Grill Americano, Tombo Den, Society and Maison Bâtard. Australian in our approach and unbound by dining traditions, we create restaurants designed to be shared and experienced.
About the Opportunity We are seeking passionate Pastry Chefs (Chef de Partie & Commis) to join our opening pastry team. Working within a highly skilled pastry brigade, you will help deliver high-quality desserts, pastries and baked goods while maintaining the standards expected of two of Melbourne’s leading venues. This is a fantastic opportunity to refine your skills in a fast-paced, premium kitchen environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a premium kitchen

Strong pastry fundamentals and attention to detail

Ability to perform in a fast-paced service environment

Solid understanding of food safety standards

Availability to work weekends, public holidays and a variety of shifts

Qualification in Commercial Cookery or Patisserie highly regarded

Working with Lucas Collective: We are committed to the growth and success of our people through ongoing training, development and career opportunities across our expanding group. Lucas Collective offers competitive salaries, generous dining discounts across our venues and the opportunity to grow your career within one of Australia’s leading hospitality groups.
