Regular Support Analyst L2

• Actively monitor and own the incidents reported from ServiceNow, Slack, and emails - Investigate incidents, research relevant knowledge bases (WIKI, ServiceNow, Slack, etc.) to find solutions or escalate appropriately - Follow through to ensure incidents are completely resolved - Document resolutions and knowledge for future reference - Execute side projects or requests as assigned by the Onshore team - Provide hands-on coaching and support to junior team members - Proactively suggest improvements to processes and tools

Must Have - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. - 2–4 years of relevant experience in application support, IT operations, or similar roles. - Strong understanding of incident management, SLAs, and priority matrix. - Proficiency in SQL (MSSQL/Oracle) for multi-table queries and data validation. - Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting. - Solid experience with Unix/Linux command line for file and log management. - Familiarity with investment and accounting terminology. - Intermediate to upper-intermediate English proficiency for communication and documentation. Nice to Have - Knowledge of ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management. - Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk). - Scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell) to automate recurring tasks. - Exposure to financial systems, market data platforms, or investment management applications. Key Skills - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work independently under minimal supervision. - Effective communication and stakeholder management. - Good organizational skills to handle multiple incidents in parallel. - Proactive approach to identifying issues and suggesting process improvements."
