· Công việc xoay quanh tư vấn, triển khai, bảo trì các nền tảng đám mây mà Salesforce cung cấp như: Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Account Engagement (旧Pardot). · Sử dụng các kỹ năng bên dưới đây nhằm xây dựng, vận hành, bảo trì hệ thống Salesforce: o Custom objects and page layouts Configuration. o Automation process Configuration(Flow, Approval Process) o Developing Lightning components, APEX, Visualforce. o Schedule, batch configuration. o Profile, Permission Set configuration. o Group, Role, Sharing Rule configuration. o Report & Dashboard configuration. o SSO Configuration. · Đưa ra các chiến lược tích hợp, đồng bộ, di chuyển dữ liệu giữa các hệ thống với nhau(SAP, ODOO, O365, AWS, …) · Làm việc với những hệ thống integration như Mulesoft, Dataspider, Zapier, Workato, … · Tiếp nhận những vấn đề của khách hàng, phân tích và đưa ra tư vấn hợp lý. · Tư vấn cho khách hàng về license trong Salesforce. · Tham gia đẩy đủ quy trình phát triển phần mềm, từ nhận yêu cầu, thiết kế, lập trình, kiểm thử và đưa lên môi trường thực tế. · Xây dựng quy trình vận hành cho hệ thống Salesforce. · Giúp đội kỹ sư Việt Nam chia sẻ thông tin, đối ứng với khách hàng. · Hỗ trợ enduser về đào tạo cũng như giải quyết những Q&A liên quan đến hệ thống.

• Tốt nghiệp CĐ/ĐH chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan. • JLPT N2 trở lên, giao tiếp tốt. • Có kinh nghiêm salesforce hoặc có ít nhất 2 chứng chỉ salesforce trở lên. • Có kinh nghiệm về lập trình web, database, application. • Chủ động trong công việc, khả năng làm việc nhóm tốt. • Tinh thần cầu tiến và máu lửa, không ngại học hỏi kỹ thuật mới.
