DatVietVAC Group Holdings đang tìm kiếm Script Editor tham gia phát triển và biên tập nội dung cho các Music Show. Vị trí chịu trách nhiệm xuyên suốt từ giai đoạn tiền kỳ, ghi hình đến hậu kỳ, đảm bảo nội dung chương trình hấp dẫn, đúng format, phù hợp với khán giả và đạt mục tiêu chất lượng đề ra.

DatVietVAC Group Holdings is looking for a Script Editor to develop and edit content for Music Shows . The role is responsible for content throughout the pre-production, production, and post-production stages, ensuring engaging content, consistent formats, and high-quality output that meets audience expectations and program objectives.

1. XÂY DỰNG CHẤT LƯỢNG NỘI DUNG CHƯƠNG TRÌNH | PROGRAM CONTENT DEVELOPMENT (50%)

• Lên proposal cho các chương trình mới.

• Tham gia xây dựng format, cấu trúc và nội dung chương trình phù hợp với nhu cầu giải trí của khán giả.

• Xây dựng kịch bản chi tiết cho chương trình và phát triển câu chuyện, tuyến nội dung cho từng nhân vật/nghệ sĩ tham gia show.

• Đề xuất các ý tưởng sáng tạo nhằm cải tiến và nâng cao chất lượng chương trình.

• Đảm bảo nội dung và kịch bản đáp ứng yêu cầu, đúng tiến độ và mục tiêu chương trình.

• Develop proposals for new programs.

• Contribute to developing program formats, structures, and content aligned with audience entertainment needs.

• Develop detailed scripts and storylines for individual characters/artists participating in the show.

• Propose creative ideas to improve and enhance program quality.

• Ensure scripts and content meet requirements, timelines, and program objectives.

2. HỖ TRỢ TỔ CHỨC SẢN XUẤT CHƯƠNG TRÌNH | PRODUCTION SUPPORT (20%)

• Phối hợp với đội ngũ sản xuất trong quá trình ghi hình, đảm bảo chương trình được thực hiện đúng format và các tiêu chí nội dung đã thống nhất.

• Theo dõi và điều chỉnh nội dung trong quá trình ghi hình khi cần thiết.

• Phối hợp với các đối tác bên ngoài tham gia sản xuất chương trình như Đài truyền hình, Đạo diễn, Trợ lý đạo diễn, Biên tập viên và các bên liên quan.

• Đảm bảo nội dung được triển khai đúng yêu cầu và tiến độ sản xuất.

• Work closely with the production team during filming to ensure the program follows the approved format and content direction.

• Monitor and make necessary content adjustments during production.

• Coordinate with external production partners, including TV stations, Directors, Assistant Directors, Editors, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure content is executed according to requirements and production timelines.

3. HẬU KỲ | POST-PRODUCTION (20%)

• Biên tập và kiểm soát nội dung trong giai đoạn hậu kỳ.

• Phối hợp với đội ngũ hậu kỳ trong quá trình dựng và hoàn thiện chương trình.

• Kiểm tra final file trước khi phát sóng, đảm bảo nội dung và chất lượng đáp ứng yêu cầu.

• Đảm bảo tiến độ hoàn thiện và bàn giao file phát sóng cho đài.

• Edit and review program content during the post-production stage.

• Work closely with the post-production team throughout the editing and finalization process.

• Review final files before broadcast to ensure content and quality meet requirements.

• Ensure programs are finalized and broadcast files are delivered according to schedule.

4. CÔNG VIỆC KHÁC | OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES (10%)

• Thực hiện các công việc khác liên quan đến các nhóm trách nhiệm nêu trên theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

• Hỗ trợ các công việc phát sinh trong quá trình phát triển, sản xuất và hoàn thiện chương trình.

• Perform other duties related to the above responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor.

• Support ad-hoc tasks arising during the development, production, and post-production of programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Truyền thông, Xã hội, Ngữ văn hoặc các ngành liên quan.

• Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm biên tập nội dung trong lĩnh vực truyền thông.

• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc với chương trình truyền hình, Music Show hoặc Entertainment Show .

• Kinh nghiệm tham gia phát triển hoặc sản xuất các chương trình Blockbuster/Premium là một lợi thế.

• Kỹ năng biên tập và biên kịch tốt.

• Khả năng xây dựng và phát triển ý tưởng nội dung.

• Khả năng đánh giá đề cương, format và kịch bản.

• Có khả năng phát triển storyline và nội dung nhân vật.

• Sử dụng tiếng Việt tốt, có khả năng viết và diễn đạt nội dung mạch lạc.

• Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và phối hợp với nhiều bên.

• Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian và deadline.

• Tư duy sáng tạo, khả năng phát triển ý tưởng.

• Kỹ năng thuyết trình và thuyết phục.

• Chủ động, trách nhiệm và linh hoạt trong môi trường sản xuất chương trình.

• Thành thạo MS Office.

• Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản.

• Bachelor's or College degree in Communications, Social Sciences, Literature, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in content editing within the media/communications industry.

• Experience working on TV programs, Music Shows, or Entertainment Shows is preferred.

• Experience with Blockbuster/Premium programs is an advantage.

• Strong content editing and scriptwriting skills.

• Ability to develop and structure creative content ideas.

• Ability to evaluate outlines, formats, and scripts.

• Ability to develop storylines and character-driven content.

• Excellent Vietnamese writing and communication skills.

• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
