Develop software programs based on detailed design specifications. Contribute to system architecture and design decisions, including detailed system and database designs. Break down work into tasks/sub-tasks and provide accurate estimations. Support other developers with detailed designs, DB designs, coding, and testing. Mentor and train junior team members to get familiar with the system and resolve issues. Perform code reviews and refactoring based on technical guidelines. Troubleshoot and fix bugs, enhance performance, and ensure high system reliability. Report project status and issues promptly to stakeholders

Must Have - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development. - Deep expertise in WinForms, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core. - Strong experience with DevExpress components (advanced customization, performance tuning). - Mastery of Entity Framework, LINQ, and database optimization (SQL Server/MySQL). - Proficiency with version control (Git/SVN) and build/release management. - Solid understanding of application security best practices. - Strong English skills for technical discussions and client communication. Nice to Have - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and cloud-native architectures. - Knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and automation frameworks. - Previous experience as a technical lead or module owner. - Contributions to open-source .NET projects or technical communities.
