Customer service

To perform all spa services in a timely and professional manner as per the set standards.

To maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

Operational

To perform spa services using safe professional techniques.

To set for appointment on time and provide services in a timely manner.

To maintain close scrutiny and stock check of all treatment supplies and to advise the Spa

Captain/Spa Manager when stock needs reordering.

To set for appointment on time and provide services in a timely manner.

To maintain close security and stock check of all treatment supplies and to advise the Spa Captain/ Spa Manager when stock needs reordering.

To maintain neat and orderly work area consistent with high standards of facility.

To ensure that all customers' needs with regard to spa services are attended to promptly and efficiently by having a continual surveillance of the respective areas in the Spa.
