• Run the Store – Oversee daily operations and make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Drive Sales – Engage with customers, build relationships and create opportunities to grow sales.
• Know the Products – Learn the portfolio and confidently recommend products based on customer needs.
• Lead the Team – Support, coach and motivate the team to deliver great service.
• Manage the Store – Keep inventory, displays and store standards in good shape.
• Create Experiences – Support tastings, events and activities that bring customers closer to the brand.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, sales or customer-facing roles.
• Previous store management or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong sales, customer service and communication skills.
• Responsible, organized and comfortable taking ownership.
• Able to lead and motivate a small team.
• Genuine interest in wine, food and hospitality; product knowledge is a plus, but willingness to learn is essential.
• Good English communication skills; Vietnamese preferred.
• Comfortable with POS systems and flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
