Role Description The System Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable and secure IT systems that support client and internal operations. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Hanoi Capital Region and involves managing system configurations, performing upgrades, and monitoring performance to ensure high availability. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving system issues, providing technical support to internal teams and clients, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align system solutions with business requirements. The System Engineer will also help document systems, improve processes, and contribute to continuous enhancement of infrastructure standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills for planning, architecting, and optimizing IT infrastructures.
• Candidates should possess System Administration and Technical Support skills for managing servers, networks, and end-user environments.
• Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills for identifying root causes, resolving incidents, and preventing recurrence.
• Relevant experience with operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows Server), virtualization, and cloud platforms is beneficial.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) and configuration management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
