CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including SAN/Storage, physical servers, and VMware environments, ensuring stable and efficient system operations.
• Monitor system capacity, perform security patching, manage technology obsolescence, optimize system performance, and analyze system logs.
• Install and configure servers in new environments, including Red Hat and Windows Server, in compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Implement and maintain server hardening measures, including OS baseline configuration, vulnerability remediation, access control, and audit policy configuration.
• Perform database synchronization, backup, and restoration procedures across multiple sites to ensure data availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to track project progress, communicate updates, and ensure timely completion of key milestones.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to design and implement IT infrastructure architecture for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with local vendors to troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues.
• Follow up with relevant teams and provide timely updates and reports on IT infrastructure operations and related issues.

Documentation:

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system diagrams, configuration files, and operational procedures.
• Develop, review, and update system standards and technical guidelines.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, particularly in Server and Storage Administration.
• Strong knowledge of server hardening, security patch management, and secure system configuration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with operating systems, enterprise hardware, modern IT infrastructure equipment, backup and recovery procedures, system performance monitoring tools, and virtualization technologies.
• Proven experience in designing server and database architectures.
• Proficiency in Red Hat, Windows Server, and VMware virtualization platforms.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and work with technical documentation.
