I.Function:

Supervise the operation of utilities systems, including the Biomass Boiler, Water Chiller, Air Handling Units (AHU), Air Compressors, Water Treatment Systems (RO, UF), Wastewater Treatment System, Natural Gas (NG), Liquid CO₂ (LCO₂), Liquid Nitrogen (LN₂), and Caustic systems

Support and coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities for all equipment

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and availability, ensuring stable production while reducing maintenance and operational costs

II.Responsibilities and Duties:

• Monitor and ensure the reliable operation of utilities systems, including boilers, water treatment systems (RO, UF), cooling towers, chillers, air compressors, and wastewater treatment facilities/ Giám sát và đảm bảo độ tin cậy vận hành các hệ thống phụ trợ: lò hơi, xử lý nước (RO, UF), tháp giải nhiệt, thiết bị làm lạnh, máy nén khí và hệ thống xử lý nước thải
• Analyze system performance to detect abnormalities and identify inefficiencies for continuous improvement/ Phân tích hiệu suất hệ thống và phát hiện các bất thường và điểm chưa tối ưu để cải tiến liên tục
• Troubleshoot and promptly resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations/ Xử lý sự cố và khắc phục kịp thời để giảm thời gian dừng máy và đảm bảo vận hành liên tục
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to enhance reliability and extend the lifecycle of utilities equipment/ Phát triển và thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ và sửa chữa thiết bị để nâng cao độ tin cậy và tăng tuổi thọ của các thiết bị hệ thống phụ trợ
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure timely and effective execution of maintenance activities/ Phối hợp với bộ phận bảo trì và nhà thầu phụ để đảm bảo thực hiện hoạt động bảo trì đúng thời gian và hiệu quả
• Manage and optimize chemical dosing and control in water and wastewater treatment systems to ensure compliance and process efficiency/ Quản lý và tối ưu hóa việc châm hóa chất trong hệ thống xử lý nước và nước thải để đảm bảo hiệu quả của hệ thống và tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn
• Monitor water quality and ensure compliance with standards/ Theo dõi chất lượng nước và đảm bảo đạt tiêu chuẩn quy định
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operation reports and analyze data trends/ Lập báo cáo vận hành ngày/tuần/tháng và phân tích xu hướng dữ liệu
• Maintain proper documentation and records/ Quản lý hồ sơ, tài liệu vận hành đầy đủ
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations/ Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn, môi trường và nội bộ công ty
• Conduct risk assessment and implement safety measures/ Đánh giá rủi ro và triển khai các biện pháp an toàn
• Lead or participate in energy-saving and system optimization projects/ Tham gia hoặc dẫn dắt các dự án tiết kiệm năng lượng và tối ưu hệ thống
• Propose improvement initiatives for system efficiency and cost reduction/ Đề xuất các cải tiến nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả và giảm chi phí vận hành

III.Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in – Tốt nghiệp đại học các chuyên ngành:

• Environmental Engineering – Kỹ thuật Môi trường
• Thermal Engineering/Heat Engineering – Kỹ thuật Nhiệt
• Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or related fields – Cơ khí/Điện/Hóa học hoặc ngành liên quan

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Utilities/ Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở hệ thống phụ trợ

Knowledge:

Solid knowledge of/ Có kiến thức vững về :

• Water treatment systems (RO, UF), WWTP – Hệ thống xử lý nước (RO, UF), nước thải
• Boiler, steam, and heat exchange systems – Hệ thống lò hơi và trao đổi nhiệt
• Cooling systems and chillers – Hệ thống làm mát và làm lạnh
• Compressed air systems – Hệ thống khí nén

Understanding of water treatment chemicals and dosing control/ Hiểu về hóa chất xử lý nước và kiểm soát châm hóa chất

Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations/ Hiểu biết về quy định an toàn và môi trường

Skills:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills – Kỹ năng phân tích và xử lý vấn đề
• Data analysis and reporting skills – Kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu và báo cáo
• Teamwork and communication skills – Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và giao tiếp

• Basic to intermediate English (technical reading and communication)/ Tiếng Anh cơ bản đến trung cấp (đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật và giao tiếp)
