Job Descriptions

• ⁠ ⁠Handle administrative, operations and services to support business project related to student and/or lecturer service.
• ⁠ ⁠Support and ensure teaching learning operations (class distributions, student-teacher attendances, etc.)
• ⁠ ⁠Provide assistance and information on product features.
• ⁠ ⁠Support and ensure information of learning process services.
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
• ⁠ ⁠Creative and pro-actively come with improvement ideas
• ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with all stakeholder (school partner, business, commercial, regional, etc.) to achieve better results

Job Requirements

• ⁠ ⁠Relevant bachelor’s degree
• ⁠ ⁠Former business / operations / sales experience preferred
• ⁠ ⁠Good understanding of business metrics and KPIs
• ⁠ ⁠Good time-management skills, Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
