Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, BIM; Create and revise 2D/3D technical drawings for MEP disciplines.
Attend meetings to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance.
Provide input during design development, especially for constructibility; ensuring designs adhere to local building codes and regulations.
Maintain drawing and document standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with project coordinator and project manager for drawing amendments and updates.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
Minimum Diploma or Any Relevant Certificates in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM
Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting work experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office
