Cash Management Intern

As a Cash Management Intern, you will support the team in handling daily cash operations, reimbursement processes, and financial documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn about corporate cash management procedures and internal financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠Assist in handling petty cash transactions and monitoring balances
• Support the processing of employee reimbursement claims
• Process and monitor advance payment requests
• Verify and organize supporting documents for claims and petty cash
• Maintain systematic and accurate filing of financial documents
• Input and update filing records using Microsoft Excel

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Strong administrative and documentation skills.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Available for a full-time internship (6 months) at Central Jakarta.
