Requirements: -

• Highly recommend with minimum of 1-2years kitchen experience
• Experience in high volume kitchen/central kitchen is preferred
• ⁠Basic knowledge of food preparation
• ⁠Willingness to work on shift rotation, weekends and public holidays
• Typhoid certificate and ⁠Food handling certificate required
• Good command in English and or Bahasa Malaysia
• Responsible and independent and able to work multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication and organization skill
• Detailed oriented skill is an added advantage

Responsibility:-

• Prepare food production according to company SOPs, quality standards, Halal requirements and future compliances
• Ensure all food preparation follows the company recipes, guidelines, and production timelines
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout food preparation and kitchen areas
• Practice proper storage procedures using FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out)
• Monitor food safety standards including chiller temperature, food storage, personal hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and timely production
• Prepare, pack, and organize outlet orders accurately for delivery
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment
• Assist with stock monitoring and inform supervisors when replenishment is required
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors or management
