Core Competencies & Technical Skills
Aware of the full process from data collection to report formatting
Apply, coordinate, follow up on date collection procedures
Arrange proper report presentations & Dashboard using excel & Power BI
Strong understanding of BOQ & Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)
Basic knowledge of cash flow preparation
Prepare earned value analysis (EVA) and cost performance reports
identify cost variances and implement corrective actions
Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow analysis
Understanding of variations & change orders
Familiar with cost codes
excel - advanced level ( MANDATORY)
