Customer Care Executive – Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with experience in the Aluminium & Façade Industry to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally

• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with Project, Sales, Production, and Site teams for customer requirements

• ⁠ ⁠Provide regular updates to clients regarding project/work status

• ⁠ ⁠Maintain proper records of customer communications and follow-ups

• ⁠ ⁠Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• ⁠ ⁠Previous experience in the Aluminium, Glass & Façade Industry in the UAE is preferred

• ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and customer-handling skills

• ⁠ ⁠Strong coordination and follow-up abilities

• ⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of MS Office

• ⁠ ⁠Professional, organized, and customer-focused

Salary – AED 5,000 to 7,000
