Customer Operations Executive

We’re looking for someone who can be at the centre of our customers, sales, and daily operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, coordinating work, and making sure things actually get done.

What you’ll be doing:

• ⁠ ⁠Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages & customer enquiries
• ⁠ ⁠Understand customer requirements and provide the right information
• ⁠ ⁠Follow up with leads and handle outbound sales calls
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate orders, production and deliveries
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain customer and order records
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the design and production teams
• ⁠ ⁠Assist with day-to-day business operations
• ⁠ ⁠Follow up on pending enquiries, orders and payments
• ⁠ ⁠Help improve our internal processes as we gro

Who we’re looking for:

• ⁠ ⁠Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
• ⁠ ⁠Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
• ⁠ ⁠Organised, responsible and good at follow-ups
• ⁠ ⁠Basic computer and office software skills
• ⁠ ⁠Sales/customer service experience is a plus
• ⁠ ⁠Prior experience in operations, customer support, sales or administration is preferred
• Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, dependable and willing to take ownership.

Location: Kerala

Position: Full-time

Salary Range: Rs.13000-15000 Basic plus incentives and bonuses.
