Customer Service Officer

📍Location: Labrador Tower (1 Pasir Panjang Road, Singapore 118479)

💰Pay: Up to $15/hour (depending on experience), with commission and OT salary

⌛Duration: Immediate and able to commit at least 8 months

🕓Working Hours: 10am - 1pm , at least 3-4 weekdays per week

Working Arrangement: This role is office-based for minimally 6 months to support onboarding, training and ramp-up.

Upon successful integration into the role, the arrangement can be transited to a hybrid model.

Job Description

• Primarily handle outbound calls and messages with prospects and existing customers.

• ⁠Engage with customers to guide them on their policy related matters (e.g. resolve payment errors, policy benefits queries, etc.)

• ⁠Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

• ⁠Supporting customers during client events and seminars (e.g. photo-taking, attendance marking, etc.)

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service / tele calling is preferred.

• ⁠Comfortable handling both phone calls and online chat enquiries.

• ⁠Comfortable navigating multiple platforms simultaneously (CRM, telephony, and policy administration systems).
