Customer Service Representative (CSR)

NSLA Technologies is looking for motivated and professional Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Handle customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.

⁠ ⁠Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.

⁠ ⁠Maintain professional communication with customers.

⁠ ⁠Follow company procedures and quality standards.

⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate customer records and update information when required.

⁠ ⁠Meet assigned performance, quality, and customer service targets.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with team members to ensure excellent customer experience.

⁠ ⁠Handle customer issues calmly and professionally.

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Good spoken and written English communication skills.

⁠ ⁠Basic computer knowledge.

⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

⁠ ⁠Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
