Full-Time/Part Time Cafe Operator

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Café Operator to join our team full-time. You’ll be the face of our café—responsible for daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the kitchen/barista team where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Operate POS system and handle payments accurately

• ⁠ ⁠Provide friendly and efficient customer service

• ⁠ ⁠Take and serve orders promptly

• ⁠ ⁠Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café

• ⁠ ⁠Assist in opening and closing duties

• ⁠ ⁠Restock supplies and monitor inventory

• ⁠ ⁠Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations

• ⁠ ⁠Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• ⁠ ⁠Prior experience in café or F&B is an advantage (training provided)

• ⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• ⁠ ⁠Passionate about hospitality and customer experience

• ⁠ ⁠Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• ⁠ ⁠Responsible, punctual, and a team player
